Multipurpose Arena: A flexible sports arena with international-grade flooring and scoreboards. It’s suitable for professional volleyball, handball, basketball, and indoor football matches. With seating for up to 1,920 people—or up to 2,750 for concerts—the space is also ideal for large-scale performances and exhibitions.

Conference Room: A 110-seat room equipped with multimedia tools, perfect for lectures, panel discussions, exhibitions, or receptions.

VIP Boxes: Located on the second floor, our five fully air-conditioned VIP boxes offer a premium view of the events, with both indoor and outdoor seating. These private spaces also provide advertising opportunities for corporate partners.

Fitness & Wellness Area: Including a 100 m² training room, a 27 m² conditioning space, a massage room with shower facilities, and a 6-person sauna—perfect for warm-ups, classes, or post-workout recovery.

 On-Site Hospitality: Our ground-floor buffet and upper-level spectator snack bars provide food and drink services, with adjacent terraces offering fresh air and city views.
